Another feeling low day today.

I stayed busy though and treated myself to an expensive coffee at Starbucks (lots of sugar and lots of espresso).

I have a strange feeling I missed a pdoc appointment. I have no idea why I would have had one since I saw her three weeks ago and we see eachother every 2-3 months.
