hey i sleep like 15 to 20 hours a night since takin zispin soltab. And if all of us are on meds, and still here - is it safe to assume medication doesn't work? when i was profoundly depressed i found it hard to move too lol. i used to go work and sit down the whole time, and when i did work i moved in slow motion *luckily it was with dad*. but other times when i was really depressed i wasnt able to sit down or keep still because i felt so awful. like the chappy said up there, have you ruled out physical problems? like the thyroid?

also if you are getting anxiety, ask for some zispin. i took it - day later i couldnt get anxiety if i wanted too.
