I've never been a coffee person, but when I'm hyper, I chug 5-7 redbull drinks. I feel amazing for at minimum 3 hours.
But it has a nasty down side to it, like a drug withdrawal..
Yes, it does help with my depression. But with all the recent /trigger/ panic attacks. I'm staying clear off that stuff.
I knew people who couldn't hold a sentence together with out it in the morning. I also noticed that caffeine addiction used to be serious business when I used to work. Everyone was grumpy without it
