Tigger, I'm so glad you are okay and how very kind of you to remind the rest of us about the dangers of the heat.

I can barely tolerate the summers anymore. It's become just miserable. Our week-end will be over 100 degrees and I expect more wildfires and smoky air. The drought conditions are so bad now; the situation is not good, at all.
Personally, I love water and drink plenty of it. Water definitely helps cool me down.
I am thinking of purchasing an indoor A/C, the one that has a hose that leads to the outside. I was thinking of going to estate sales for this. However, that is time consuming. Still, it would be somethibg to do.
