And that's the self-pity inducing part. I'd like to believe in a black and white world where the people who wronged me were a bunch of 100% evil comic book supervillains and where I did nothing wrong, but I know that's not the case, and this is a situation where I know I brought on a lot of things on myself, but that I was treated way too harsh in proportion to my sins, which were more annoying than harmful.
