I noticed that when I'm asked to meet the 'director' or 'CIO' or 'CEO' I get really intimidated over that title. I've worked in large companies where you hardly see the director abut also at small companies where the director or CFO is in a cube right besides you.

I really dont understand why I have this hang up with titles. I get afraid of the title more than the real person.
