Been playing with my Nephew for a bit

Now sitting out in the sunshine with my Mum and Sister. It's gorgeous here. Sitting a little cooler than we have had it though but still warm enough to sit outside. Wish we could have a bbq but that means hitting the supermarket and it's gonna be busy.

I'm very well mentally and physically. My mood has greatly improved and I feel much more myself now a days. The depression has lifted woohoo!
