When I go to NY, I still visit what's left of Ft Apache in the Bronx. Harlem is for turists.
In Puerto Rico, La perla, Yoren Torres and Jurutungo are my favorite places.
Miami, my alma mater, El Triangulo, Overtown, Liberty City projects, and Winwood. Fun places.
In Cal, Longwood and East LA are not bad. Specially that my maternal languaje is Spanish.
New Orleans, Where Bourbon Street loses her name.
Etc, etc.

Can you point me in the right direction to the fun in Waikiki?.
