Shattered.... I was looking after my Mum last night. We were up 4 times for a toilet (She needs help in and out of the bed and onto the commode). Then it was too hot for her and she was uncomfortable in bed. We Went to bed at 10:30pm and we were up at 6am. I had an hours sleep then a further hour once she got up and my Dad took over. Least my Dad slept 6 hours with no disturbance. He's looked after my Mum for 5 weeks with no break at all.

Feeling a little bit grouchy but still in a good mood
