What about asking each person to bring something representative of them to give to the others? We did this at the end of one of my grad school classes. example - a woman named Amber gave small pieces of amber to each of the other people.
This is really old school, but have each person trace around their hand on a sheet of paper. Then each of the others rights something positive about that person in the hand.
