I asked this girl if she wanted to do something on valentines (yeah short notice)...she said sure....I made plans...then she changed her mind. I was hurt, I was looking forward to it. At first I said thats okay, then made a joke about it via text. She didn't respond and I texted her a passive-aggressive comment and now I really feel badly about it. I see this person at work...so I want to apologize...what should I say?
