I weigh 174 today. I began running more, but my leg is not up to it. It is hurting again. I need dirt trails to walk/run on. In a couple days, I will be better. I will be more careful next time. I walked/ran for a bit over a half a mile burning only 69 calories.

Update: I just realized that my base calorie target apart from exercise is 2,340 now, not 2090. So the 2601 calories that I consumed yesterday makes it an overage of only 261 calories. Not as bad as I thought.
