That we can do. Just keep on coming, and we'll keep posting. It's good to know that it helps you, and I know it does, since it was a huge relief for me to find people who understand too. We don't want to encourage you to keep hurting yourself though, and I'm a little concerned about that. As an experiment, I wonder if you would try telling us you need some attention before it gets to the point where you have already hurt yourself? I'm just afraid if you keep posting about your oopses, and then getting responses to that, that it might encourage you to do it more, and although we understand, it still isn't the best way to deal with your feelings.
Is therapy an option for you? I highly encourage you to give it a try. There's more behind resorting to this coping method than almost anyone can process and get worked out on our own, and there is so much more to get out of life. You're accepted here no matter what, ok?
