i never use SI to get attention though... even though i wrote the word help on my ankle, i know nobody can see it. it is just a way for me to feel pain. i need to feel the pain... and i just am pretty open in my posts and want to tell the world whats going on.
the only positive reinforcement for this that i get is the satisfaction of hurting and then watching it heal.
