I countered with another contingency based on theirs. I'm surprised... it's under contract.
So I wasn't nervous about this process until now. Now I can feel my blood pressure has just jumped. ****sigh***
I have 10 business days for inspection. I can't get someone in until the very end of next week at the end of the day. That gives me only a weekend and 3 business days if something is wrong to get estimates to renegotiate.
I suspect it needs a new roof and a couple of windows to be replaced. Instead of waiting for the inspector, perhaps I will have a companies come out earlier in the week for estimates just to be safe in case I need them. That way if anything else is found on inspection I can use those few days to arrange that.
Sound like a good plan?
