If its any consolation to anyone, my cardiologist advised me that pain directly over the heart is almost never heart related, but anxiety related. Pain in the middle, around your solar plexus, is what happens when you are having a heart attack.

Ive been in the ER with tachychardia and PVC's and have argued with four doctors over whether or not I was dying of a heart attack. Noone can convince me otherwise when im having an attack.
