Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm trying to fight off this depressive funk today. Felt suspicious of people in the store when I was out for a walk. Last night my wife and partner in the states both said I was being a bit paranoid about the doctors at the polyclinic.


Otherwise may play some games. Counseling is tomorrow 1pm.
