yesterday ended up being the day from hell, pain wise.

went to get my mcdonalds like I said, irritated because of having to wait in a large queue, food wasn't all that great anyway- and the pain was unbearable. I regret yesterday ever happened

managed to make it another night without any sleep (and lots of screaming from being in agony), today had my shower- which makes me feel gross (showers always do that to me), in pain too

but hey I'm unable to rest. litirally unable to.

so guess I have to go with it
