i have specific triggers for the most part; anthing that has to do with sex or body parts - and lots of things can when you're that frame of mind.... LOTS.

feelings of being stuck or trapped... claustrophobia... crowds.... feeling isloated in my home... feeling like i'll SI...
Sometimes my skin hurts bad and clothes hurt and i need to get home so i can go to bed and not move at all.

Sometimes it is random - where i think there must have been a trigger i am not aware of.
