I’ve been forgetting my AM mess again. I’ve been taking them with my PM meds so I still get them but it’s probably not a good idea. So I’m trying not to forget tomorrow. I’ve got to get back into some sort of routine and keep a bottle of water on my nightstand so I can just take them when I wake up before I get dressed.
