I agree that you should talk to your pdoc ASAP. Maybe you need a med change or something more for anxiety. Are you diagnosed with panic disorder as well? What are you on right now? How much Seroquel do you take? Is there anything happening in your life lately that is making you worried or anxious, having problems with relationships? Sometimes, my panic attacks have a root cause and other times not. I had some dreadful ones lasting hours a few weeks ago, but thankfully, I haven't had one of those in awhile now.

Unfortunately, cycling is part of the territory with bipolar, but I really do think you should talk to your doctor about this. Also, do you have a therapist to work with you on these issues?
