Maybe buspar is sedating me a bit. I take 10mg twice a day. Previously I was taking only 10mg at night, but it was getting me anxious and agitated. 20mg keeps me calm and gives me less panic attacks but causes sedation at the same time. However I have just started the new dosage...it's not been a week even...may be the sedation will wear off with time.
