An idea I just had is to get a large piece of cardboard/poster board and then all of my friends (4 of us total) create an art piece a la splatter painting with tons of fun colors and then once it's completely dry, take a box cutter and divide it into fours and each friend gets a piece of the art we made.

I still want to do something with the bears, too. One idea is to create bead necklaces/bracelets to put on the bear, and somehow find "bear-size" hats and maybe little "bear-size" baskets to choose from so that we can decorate the bear or put things in the baskets to represent each friend picked out by all friends.

So now I've got a really cool idea with the art piece, now I need to figure out what to do with the bears, because I think for all of us to have a special bear dressed up with things made by each friend would be pretty cool. Ideas for the bears, anyone?
