A doctor sounds like a good place to go and maybe your pharmacist to ask if any meds or supplements could lead to that.
I also found with myself when I do not sleep enough or am on high carb diet my brain function goes down significantly. Getting extra sleep and being on low carb high protein diet have helped me. But seeing a doctor first sounds like a good idea.
