If that were true then academic scientists would be the most unhappiest people on Earth, by a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong shot. I've worked with plenty and talked to thousands on forums, but they seem pretty happy to me. According to surveys that actually ask people, "Hey, how happy are you?" christians are amongst the unhappiest. Bhutan, a country that has one of the highest percentage of Buddhist has the happiest people. A University that does brain scans confirmed this. Even when Buddhist were not meditating their brain scans showed evidence of being the happiest.

I would never stop seeking truth. It's help me more than anything. Why in the world would you want to tell people to not seek truth is beyond me. That sounds like the words of the devil lol.
