And this has been this way from the moment I get up till (say) 7 at night. Literally every day for 3 months. I don't "feel" anxious, but I am clearly on edge all the time, a plate drops in the sink I jump out of my skin, I've had to panic attacks (where I wasn't panic'ing mentally) that ended me up in the ER. Its like there is an underlying anxiety I am not aware of consciously.
