I have a deviantart account (observor, not creator), but I don't go on it regularly. it seems like a very accessible website where artists of all skill level can post their work, which is great for motivating people.

ArtStation seems mostly for digital artists looking to land a job lol. But if you're into that genre, it has a lot of good quality stuff. Less fine art on there.
