What med do you think causes your double vision? Rexulti? Or is there a med or meds you didn't mention besides Rexulti and Ritalin? I think that my increased dose of Seroquel XR increased my Tegretol XR level recently to above therapeutic level causing me to have double vision. A small reduction in my Tegretol XR got rid of it.

I'm not a psychopharmacologist or even a doctor, so can't really comment on what you should or shouldn't take when. I've never taken Rexulti or Ritalin, though I know what they are. Why do you take Ritalin? Do you have ADHD or is it to help over sedation?

It seems from your post that you think the increased dose of Rexulti is to blame for some of what you mentioned. I'm wondering if taking some at night and some in the morning could be an option. I'd certainly think the Ritalin dosage timing should be right.
