That's what "they" tell you, isn't it? The fact is that "they" are a distortion of your mind, a delusion. You have faced child abuse, just like me, and you have a chemical imbalance in your brain along with some developmental abnormalities (some areas could have -- possibly -- become malfunctioning) which leads you to hear and see and believe things which aren't real.

I have come through that. It hurt me when I realized that the whole city's doctors are not "on my side." I had delusions that they watched me grow up, and will become threat to me unless I become their colleague (a doctor.) I was like, "Yay! I'll get killed if I don't become a doctor." Turns out they don't give a crap.
