Hello there KnitChic,
Listening to podcast were my favorite thing to do while on the treadmill. I’m so stressed right now. Send good vibes my way. Tuesday of this week my upstairs neighbors washing machine malfunctioned. It caused leaks in my second floor unit. I immediately paged emergency maintenance. I also e-mailed the office. The next day the assistant manage replied back. She said she had never had anything like this happed. That the manager was on vacation until Monday. Then said my damages would be covered by “my renters insurance”. Wrong my damages are going to be covered by the upstairs neighbors renters insurance. This situation was not caused by a natural disaster or act of God. No appliances in my unit malfunctioned so why would I use my policy? I could not sleep last night because I was so stressed.
