it is irresponsible to do things for shock factor that breaks the guidelines, it is also immature to think you can make the rules in adult chat. The idea of adult chat is to allow for mild innuendo in adult talk. NOt just lets talk about smoking weed together and get stupid in there.
Doc was kind to point out what was ok and what is not, remember this is not a democracy there is rules in PC forums and chat. There are other chat rooms on the internet to discuss the kind of drug use you seem to be interested in, and others seem to be interest in, you could check them out and see if it fits your purposes.
