What do you do in times of stress? Do you have any coping skills? I actually do find that exercise helps me usually during something difficult. I have made many phone calls and tomorrow I’m going to make a few more. I took a Ativan and a nap earlier. I’m going to taking a hot shower later to help me relax. My daughter made me some tea. Thank you for your support
