(You probably know that.) Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't offer you any definitive information with regard to what you are experiencing. That said, I don't believe hatred is generally considered to be a delusion.
I may be wrong about this; but I think hatred is sort-of a manifestation of anger.
