((((((((Coco)))))))) I really love the idea of gluten free. I am still experimenting with cutting back on sugar. It's an "adventure." Lol. One where I am not always able to stick with. I imagine it might be hard if you are like me and emotionally eat. Like, hey, my coping mechanism is gone!! But it also sounds like you're feeling physically better. Tea sounds really nice. I drink tea myself and I love it. Since it's summer, I have been doing iced tea. But when I bust out the tea kettle, something inside me is like, ok, self soothing time. Somethings seem more right with the world with tea. Even just the process of making it and having a mug of it by my side. PS: Have you tried cold water? For me it works. Putting cold water on my face, or wrists, or neck. Even a cool shower. Just a thought. ((hug))
