For the past month or so, I've been seeing/hearing things that I'm pretty sure aren't there. I'm having random thoughts that seem to come from out of the blue. Someone could give me really bad news, and I have to fight not to start laughing. My friends are starting to worry. When I tell them what's going on, their favorite answer is "get help". It's not that simple. Unless my mother finally realizes that something's wrong, I can't get help until I completely snap. Anyone have any suggestions/advice?
