I am low today but I guess you can say I am coping,yet I am lonely.Nothing I planned worked out,I went to see a film at the cinema but it was so daft and boring that I walked out,went and had a coffee frappe at the cafe instead and came back home.I am stuck indoors until therapy session on Monday and then I am visiting my mum on Tuesday.I have chores to do tomorrow,the never ending chores which I dread,if I don't keep up with the chores then I consider myself as not coping.So far it is ok!
