It is so many hoops and the deadlines is what is getting to me that is what makes it so stressful. I am adament now about making sure mine is sorted now before putting in on the market; it is taking me way longer than I anticipated to go through things and since I won't have room, I don't want to move stuff just to move it to go through it later.

After going through the new house again I know I won't be able to take some of my ornamentals either and some of my potted trees. I'll have to find homes for them. Maybe the new owners here will want them (?)
