I woke with the realization that...
Six months ago, I would have just signed the papers to keep from hurting his feelings.
A year ago, I would have signed because I was so overwhelmed I couldn't deal with one more thing.
Before then, I would have signed to keep from having to deal with him for weeks, maybe until I just gave up and signed the darn thing.
