I swear these conversations with pdocs are like a merry-go-round. You go on it, go in a bunch of circles for like 3 minutes at most, then hop off to end up right back where you started. Then if you want to get back on the ride, you have to walk to the end of the line after everybody else and wait until there's space for you. And the same thing happens every time you go on and off that merry-go-round.

Thank you all! I wanted to pass this along just in case anyone else can use my "method" . I'm certainly not looking to go back to weighing 110 lbs. (I was underweight, anyway)- but losing 50 would be a fine start and would, I hope, drop some of the unhealthy levels and help with chronic pain.

blue, your analogy is hilarious! Exactly - back to the end of the line .
