Aren't the Tibetan singing bowls and the gongs magnificent? So beautiful, such healing sounds. I used to visit and sometimes stay at a place called Green Gulch Farm, a Zen monastery along the California coast. The meals were silent except for the singing bowls and gongs. I have never known anything to be so grounding.


I have not been to Prague but my son has, and he absolutely fell in love with it. He's traveled all over the globe and lived in various countries, so I know when he really loves a place it's truly something special.
