As you know, I can’t take the freakin meds which are endlessly recommended everywhere, and pushed by doctors (sometimes after a two minute conversation
)
Also talking about life, without patronising “pat” and cliched
“solutions” .... or invalidating my valid experiences
(Not from anyone here......) helps me too
