Luck is random chance that sometimes works in your favor. I believe in that, but I don't believe in anything that makes luck better or worse. People who have more luck just had random chance fall that way. Because it is random, it isn't going to evenly distributed. There is a theory that chaos is just patterns we don't understand, which would mean there really isn't random chance. If that's so, I still believe in luck because things are random from our perspective; good or bad things happen that no one (you or others; not just things you are blind to) saw coming.

I don't believe in karma. I think it just stands out in our minds when something good happens to someone who seems to deserve it or something bad happens to someone who seems to deserve it. It goes the other way just as often.

Fate and destiny? No. Higher power? There could be one, but I don't think any of the religions are based on anything that even remotely resembles a true understanding of one. I think it is highly unlikely that there is one, but my mind isn't closed to the possibility.
