Having been abused by those who were self absorbed in childhood... (self absorbed at best) I can recognise those who aren’t as the parental units were.
(Also I think anger can be a “normal” emotion in some situations. There is too much pain in this world  )

— anger is a normal emotion. Sometimes it’s there to alert us that something is wrong. It’s all how we handle the anger. U r in a very challenging situation. Have your therapist or friend help u break down the situation into smaller parts so it is more manageable, to cut down the stress. Don’t neglect self care, absolutely exercising and taking one thing at a time. Hugs!
