Chewy.com had some similar - theres a couple of caterpillars, and a 3-balls one. One of the caterpillar choices is 4-balls, i think that was on petlink or petsupplies.
My gf's cat has like a big dark brown dildo like toy, she showed me a picture of him going at it, and im like, your cat is a size queen
