Does anyone else get echoes in their ear?

Sometimes I'll hear a sound, like a cell phone ringing. The phone will ring 3 or 4 times, then go to voicemail. However, for the next 1+ minutes, I will hear the phone ringing in my ear still even when I turn it off. It will echo nonstop. It's lasted 40 minutes for me once.

I've had this with other sounds, too. I physically hear it in my ear. It's not in my head. It's literally echoing in my ear, and the volume is as loud as it was when I first heard it, so the sound doesn't die off.
