Different from what you described...mine maybe minor auditory hallucinations. It's always the sound of birds singing...very weird, doesn't happen often, so I always forget to bring it up to the pdoc or any doc.

When I was on Wellbutrin or Effexor, it caused my ears to ring constantly, but that was a case of tinnitus. It went away completely when I stopped the med.
