I am bipolar as well as OCD so I can kind of emphatize with you.

I take Anafranil for my AD as well as to help with the compulsive thoughts I get. It is working pretty fair to help with the OCD but the depression isn't lifted as much as I'd had hoped but I think some of that is circumstances too. My pdoc that I see now is a whirlwind when it comes to knowing about meds and he saw the OCD in me before it came out in the MMPI and started me on the Anafranil.
