hi xmascarol. I do worry about things and I have to sort things out. Like with money I try to have enough ahead that I am not living month to month. Even if I have to spend less, having that cushion really helps.

So for me there are the things I can do something about like the money. And then there are the things that I cannot do anything about so I try to accept that fact and not worry.
