Yeah, I'm with BirdDancer on asking him directly why he wants to fix what's not broken. It really annoys me how some prescribers just decide they "don't like" something --as if they're the ones taking it(!) (And even if they were, it would show a lack if understanding that people don't react the same to a given med!)

I go to a place associated with the county and the providers change, but not too bad. My current prescriber (I literally just left the appointment) was changing things up quite a bit for awhile. It got confusing(!) Think I've got her on a less change mode now. I think, lol.

I'm on both Lamictal and gabapentin. I didn't know it was used that way, but I've been pretty pleased with them both.
