So we don’t actually carry on in depth conversation, so asking about things or what happened usually goes unanswered...or they can’t. Idk, so the advice of asking your alters seldom work for us.

maybe rereading your past posts here will get you the answers you want. example if I am remembering right somewhere in your past posts you or your alters stated you do talk with each other and plan what you are going to do when and which alter does what.
maybe you can do a sort of spring cleaning with the purpose being locating objects, writings, art work and ... well you get the idea... of what goes on in your system. I mean you cant live as a person with DID without these weird things you dont remember showing up. forgotten calendars, or that one drew this or that one wrote that or this one drove us here or there.....photos of favorite places and things...
my point if you are one that happens to be out of this loop there is ways to find out what you need to know even if you dont talk to each other for what ever reasons.
